Shayla's energy was magnetic. It's like she had this aura of positivity that could have made even the dreariest of days feel like a walk in the park. We'd be snapping photos outdoors with the sun beating down and Shayla would crack a joke that had us both doubled over in laughter, forgetting all about the weather, or the sweat dripping down my bald head.

Seeing everyone shooting the same style, or technique just gets lame, and I personally, and professionally do not desire to have my work look like someone/everyone else’s. Hopefully all of this creativity will inspire someone to make some art and remember to, “Go against the grain”.

No matter how many times I’ve worked with Alex, she has always brought me her best. On 17 May 2017, I received an email from her Mother Rhonda that read, “Thank you so much for helping my daughter, Alex, with her dream.” To me that was awesome because not a lot of parents take interest, or support their children’s dreams when they’re older.

Angie lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and drove over 10 hours to come and work with me. She was a referral from my client Leslie. Angie and I talked over the course of a couple of months to ensure that her shoot was 100% perfect. The shoot was so good, that I tried to convince her to pack up and move to Colorado to be around more fitness minded people (Colorado is awesome for that!). Below is the interview that I did with Angie. I truly hope that you read what she has to say, and I pray that it inspires others out there to do more, and be more!

Always take care of your clients!! They’re the ones who keep your lights on, fuel up your vehicles, and put food on your table. Treat that Lance Corporal just like a General, and the person with 300 followers like someone with 300 million followers. If they’re paying for your products, then you should be giving them your absolute best, and not just a half-hearted effort, or mediocre work.
