Aber wenn man etwas wirklich will, findet man immer einen Weg! Manche Menschen sehen überall Probleme, ich sehe Herausforderungen und finde Lösungen, denn irgendwie geht es immer!

It’s actually a Bible verse from the book of Joshua - “Be strong and very courageous.” Strength and courage have been my pillars for 20 years and some days you have to dig deep to find it and sometimes it comes from a Strength that is bigger than me. But strength and courage are how I try to face every day and every circumstance.

I remember when I first joined a gym after having my son. That was more significant to me than my first time ever training in a gym was. I was a new mom and needed to get out of the house and find a community. I found it when I came back to the gym. (I’d had to give up the gym during my pregnancy due to complications.)
